German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Three year old Candy has "Cover Girl" looks and an affectionate personality. She is primarily black in color, with elegant tan boots on her legs and a ruffle of white on her neck. Candy's looks are unique and give her a dramatic appearance. She arrived alarmingly thin, but we are working to build her weight and her confidence. Soon, her coat will shine with health. Candy is a little on the shy side, but she will probably do well with a friendly dog her own size. She has just arrived, so we will update her profile when we learn more about her.

Candy was found staggering around in a public park, weak from hunger. We were alerted about her by a caring person who begged us to help this deserving girl.
