German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Meet Anyka, a beautiful, energetic, 3 year old German Shepherd. We found Anyka in an overcrowded animal shelter anxiously waiting for the return of her family --- but her family would never return. They adopted her when she was a cute puppy, but gave up on her as an adult because she was "too strong." That is a clear indication that she was not given the training and attention she deserves. She needs a patient leader and trainer who will be willing to give her loving direction.

We know she lived in a home with 2 cats, a mom, and a young boy (now 9 years old) for the last 3 years. However, we also know that there is another family out there who will truly love and care for her, for her whole life long.

Anyka is an intelligent and exuberant young lady who needs an active home. She gets along with all people. Although we are still getting to know her, it appears she gets along with other dogs, especially those she is properly introduced. Anyka is up to date on all shots, is house broken, and micro-chipped. Are you the lucky family that will give Anyka another chance at a loving, forever home?
