German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

This is Wulfie, although his name should be "Gorgeous"!! Wulfie is a Shilo shepherd in the extra large size category. His heart matches his size - he loves children so much that he has even allowed a few very small ones to "ride" on his back! Wulfie has a wonderful temperament; he gets along well with people, kids, other dogs and cats. He is very playful; you may even think he is still a puppy, even though he is 5 years young. He loves to play fetch and will often come up to you with one of his toys and drop it at your feet, hoping you will throw it for him.

Wulfie, along with his housemates Joe, Auggie and Belle, are losing their home because their family is losing their long term lease to a land developer. Wulfie needs to be adopted by a loving family, preferably with children or with a lot of kids around, who will make time to play with him each and every day and include him in all aspects of family life. Wulfie loves to go wherever his family is and apparently has developed a love for the game of soccer, even though he has never actually been on the field to play!
