This big fellow is HEMI, a super-sized male, approximately 4 years young. As truck enthusiasts know, a HEMI is a large, rugged and powerful engine with a lot of horsepower, so we think this name suits our big boy perfectly! Weighing in around 90-95 pounds, HEMI is a big lover with classic markings and an enormous head. He knows his basic commands, so someone has spent some time with him. His coat looks good and he appears to have been well cared for. We can't imagine who would let this magnificent creature get lost (without an ID tag on) and then not go looking for him at the shelter. HEMI did not like being in his shelter cage and he let everyone passing by know it. The minute he was taken out of the scarey cage, he was a perfect, responsible boy.

HEMI has just arrived so we are getting to know him better and will update his bio soon. We suggest an experienced shepherd owner for this big bubba who can manage a strong boy.
