Ulrick
|
|
|
Ulrick is a long and lean 2 year old
male shepherd with classic black and tan markings. He will
probably fill out to be around 85-90 pounds when he gets some good
nutrition and exercise. Ulrick has stunning good looks and a confident attitude. He is a strong dog and will fill out to be rather large, so we are seeking an experienced shepherd owner for his special person. Ulrick has not had a lot of formal training, but he responds well to praise. He is active, intelligent and curious. We believe he would be happy in a home with a female dog his own size, but we don't think he would like to share his castle with small dogs. He can be a little food protective, so he would do best in an adult-only home that is familiar with strong shepherd personalities. Like so many of the dogs that come to us, Ulrick was found running loose without a collar or tags. He was picked up by animal control, but no one valued Ulrick enough to go to the shelter and reclaim him. When his time ran out, we knew that we had to save his life! Ulrick is in boarding.
