Natalie

Natalie is a 18-24 month old female shepherd who really deserves a taste of the good life.  She is black and tan, with a medium build.  Her dry coat suggests that she did not get proper nutrition or grooming care, and her sad eyes seem to beg for affection.  She loves people and gets along well with children.  She is a great all-around family dog.

Natalie was picked up by animal control with an injured front paw.  Our vet tells us that while it is certainly painful, the injury is not serious and she will recover completely.  Unfortunately, no one claimed Natalie from the city animal shelter and she had no where to go when her 5 days were "up".

Fortunately, thanks to the support of wonderful animal lovers who donated funds, German Shepherd Rescue was able to snatch her from the grips of certain death.  Can YOU be a sponsor to a dog like Natalie?  Your donations are tax deductible, and you will be saving the life of a wonderful dog who needs your help.

Natalie is in a foster home with cats and likes to play "chase" with them, but she means no harm.  When the cats don't run, she loses interest, so with time we think she will learn to like kitties.  Natalie likes to place her paw on you ever so gently to make sure that you are still there!  She loves children, and is going to be a great family dog.
