Jake is a gorgeous, jet black (with a little tan) 2 year old German Shepherd.  Jake and his brother, Cody, were found running the streets, without collars and tags.  By their appearance and behavior, it was obvious that they were in desperate need of some love and regular meals.  As amazing luck would have it, the brothers were found by a neighbor friend of one of our volunteers, so they were immediately whisked into a safe, loving home.  Even though they have gorgeous good looks, no one stepped up to reclaim them.

Jake is now looking forward to a home where he will receive love and care his whole life long.  He is loving, loyal and just enjoys being around you.  Jake loves to play in water.  You should see how high he can jump when trying to catch water being sprayed from a hose!  He may need some training, but he's a quick learner.  Jake gets along with other non-aggressive dogs.  He is also good with cats.
